Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

•Cancellations or date changes made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled service will incur a 50% charge of the deposit.

•Cancellations or date changes made less than 48 hours prior will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

•Cancellations or date changes made less than 24 hours prior will be charged at the full cost of the service.
 
Service Details
Our team will arrive at your property on 27/10/25 between 8am – 9:00am with all necessary equipment and cleaning products. You do not need to remain present during the clean; however, we will require someone to provide access to the property.
 
The quotation provided is £260, based on the photos, videos, and information supplied. Please note that additional charges may apply in cases of:
•Heavy soiling or previously undisclosed areas requiring extra work
•The presence of pets or pet hair
 
Pet Hair Policy
The presence of pets or pet hair may incur additional charges. Thorough removal of pet hair is a time-consuming process, requiring specialist attention and equipment to achieve the required standard. To help us provide the best possible service, please ensure you disclose if any pets have been in the property prior to the clean.
 
Conditions of Service
To enable us to complete the clean as agreed, the following conditions must be met:
•The property must be vacant, with all personal belongings and rubbish removed.
•The fridge/freezer must be turned off at least 24 hours before the clean to allow adequate defrosting.
•Running hot water, electricity, and sufficient lighting must be available on the day of service.
•For after-builders or post-renovation cleans, all building works must be fully completed and no contractors present.
 
If these conditions are not met, and we are unable to commence the clean:
•A charge of 100% of the total service cost will apply where access is not possible or the property is not in a state that allows us to start the clean at all (e.g. no access, builders on site, property still occupied).
•A charge of 50% of the total service cost will apply where conditions are partially unmet, preventing us from completing the clean to the required standard (e.g. no hot water or lighting), and a return visit is necessary.
 
Payment of the deposit will be taken as acknowledgement and acceptance of our terms and conditions.
 
Payment
The remaining balance of £160 is due by midday on the day of service to ensure cleared funds upon service completion. Should you wish to inspect the property after cleaning, we can provide a courtesy call approximately one hour prior to completion to allow time for your return.
